Workshop: Finding Funding In-Person / Online
The world of grant funding can seem expansive and incomprehensible, but there are key tools that can guide you through finding and securing sponsored opportunities for your research project or initiative. This workshop provides tutorials for using the top grant-seeking databases, including PIVOT, a tool for locating sponsored funding opportunities and collaborators; Foundation Directory; Grants to Individuals; and Grants.gov. In addition to these resources, we will discuss best practices in searching, grant terminology that you may encounter, and where to get additional help in searching, as well as with the writing process.
