Self-Bookable Seats

A limited number of reservable seats are available on the first floor of the library just past the service desk after the entrance. Please be mindful of the following booking policies:

• These seats may be booked for a maximum of eight hours per reservation, or up to twenty-four hours in a given week.
• Users are allowed three total seat reservations in a given week.
• Seats can be reserved up to 1 month (30 days) in advance.
• Users are expected to check-in and out at the beginning and end of their reservations using the link in their confirmation/reminder emails or the QR code at their seat and entering the code in the email. Failure to check in to a reservation within 15 minutes will result in automatic cancellation by the system, and your seat may be reserved by other users.
