Rooms can be reserved up to 4 months (120 days) in advance
Important Note
Users are expected to check-in to their room reservations by way of a link in the confirmation email for their reservations or the QR code in their reserved room. Failure to check-in to a reservation within 15 minutes will result in automatic cancellation by the system, and your room may be reserved by other users.
Alternative Spaces
The Library Stacks, floors 2 through 5 in the Bell Tower, offer open seating with first come, first serve, small tables and chairs. If no rooms or spaces are available in the library, we encourage current members to consider campus facilities, including the newly renovated Everett Lounge, located at 118 Zankel Hall, and Computer Lab, located at 242 Horace Mann. Be sure to review the guidelines and Room Assignments Policy of the College.
